This fee schedule is reviewed periodically, and is subject to change. However, fees in effect at the time of my appointment to a matter will remain in effect for the duration of my jurisdiction in that matter.
Per Diem

Cancellation or Continuance:
Matters are subject to a cancellation fee, for all scheduled or rescheduled hearings, upon confirmation of hearing dates.
— With 20 calendar days’ notice, or less:
— With more than 20 calendar days’ notice:
$2,400 per hearing day scheduled
$1,200 per hearing day scheduled
Note:
Per diem rate also applies to travel, study and award-writing time, billed in half-day increments.
Travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, mileage, etc., are billed for reimbursement at actual cost.
