This fee schedule is reviewed periodically, and is subject to change. Fees in effect at the time of
appointment to a matter will apply to initial and subsequent hearing dates scheduled.
Per Diem
$2,200
**Rate will increase to $2,400 effective April 6, 2026**
Cancellation or Continuance:
Matters are subject to the following fees once hearing dates are confirmed:
— With 20 calendar days’ notice, or less:
— With more than 20 calendar days’ notice:
$2,200 per hearing day scheduled
$1,100 per hearing day scheduled
Note:
Per diem rate also applies to travel, study and award-writing time, billed in half-day increments.
Travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, mileage, etc., are billed for reimbursement at actual cost.
